*[[ Animal rescue ]]*

It's amazing how people in the US goes all the way to rescue the animals. They have the animal investigator people (like animal police) who will stay till dawn to ensure that they arrest the animal abuser no matter what. They sound the siren on the police cars, took the animals to vet and nurse them back to health. There is even the the media broadcasting for suitable adopters in the state. Some of the middle schools take in animals to allow the students to learn to care for them, which is part of the school education system.


Most of the abuse animals especially dogs were in horrendous condition.


It is so pitiful for a person to take it on a little animal. It is just an act of plain cowardice knowing that the animals will not be able to retaliate. SHAME ON THOSE ANIMAL ABUSERS BASTARDS!


Singapore itself is not an animal friendly place to live it. We have the SPCA but I just feel that they are not so proactive or perhaps they do not really have much authority, I guess.


There were 3 dogs being poisoned to death in Clementi recently. Poison were added to their food deliberately. That was their last meal. They were being euthanized in the end as they couldn't be save. The one who did it may have got away with it ... but not for long...WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND just wait and see.


Justice always have long hands.


ASD and Animal Lovers League are 2 non-sponsor animals agency setup by dog lovers but a pity is that they are always constrain by cash.


There are 8 million people in New York City, 5 million pets and 10 animal agencies with legal police force. All the way to bring the animal abusers to justice.


How about us? We are only a small number made up of 4 million people, but is our heart that small too?


Are we not able to fight injustice in such a small city?


Are we able to pull the plug to animal abuse?
